3551 Tacoma Avenue

Sold for $1,200,000 — a witchy, vintage Mount Washington hillside cottage.

This was a very special sale; alive & swift & in line with the heat of the season. My clients worked with another agent for 6 months prior to us working together, and offered on 3 houses, to no avail. I was honored to land them their dream artist’s aerie within a mere week of our first meeting.

We connected over Instagram during a blisteringly hot July, and sought out to find the one; a sanctuary in the canyons, but moments from the buzz. Enter: this quintessential Northeast Los Angeles dream haus. We were one of the first to preview, and came up with an aggressive but airtight strategy for bidding. Among heated multiple offers, we prevailed.

Just a few weeks later, on a midsummer evening in August, I was handing them the keys, and a sketch from one of my favorite artists who works on location in Madrid. An alignment of energy & time & place.

From my clients —

"Sam is incredible to work with. They understood exactly what kind of home we were looking for, not just in terms of features and price but vibes.

We received hand-picked daily recommendations, and Sam helped us win the house we now call home. It was the first listing we saw together, the first we put an offer on, and after a very intense two weeks the first home we’ve ever owned.

Sam was there for it all and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through one of the most amazing moments of our lives."
